2. Scope of Services

- Marketing, social media, and search services
- Creative consultation and strategy
- AI-powered automation and campaign management
All services are provided based on mutually agreed project scopes, timelines, and pricing outlined in official proposals or agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
- Ensure they have legal rights to any content, assets, or materials supplied to us
- Communicate feedback clearly and within the project scope
Delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback may affect timelines.
4. Payments & Pricing
- All pricing will be clearly outlined in proposals with no hidden costs
- Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
- Late payments may result in project pauses or delayed delivery
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless stated otherwise in writing
5. Revisions & Approvals
- Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds
- Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges
- Final approval signifies project completion and acceptance of deliverables
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client only after full payment
- Blackforge Creative Lab retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain the property of Blackforge Creative Lab
7. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive project information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or for essential service delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blackforge Creative Lab shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of our services
- Issues resulting from third-party platforms, hosting providers, or external tools
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases:
- Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly
- No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work
- All outstanding payments must be settled
10. Third-Party Services
Some services may rely on third-party tools, platforms, or vendors. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or issues caused by external providers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
Blackforge Creative Lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
